Friends of Finn

Over Finn's short life he has had the chance to meet so many new people! We are grateful that there are so many people in this world who already love him and who will be such good examples to him.

In the hospital he got to meet his grandparents, Betsy and Steve (pictured), and Nate and Courtney (need photo)!

The first day he got home, he met Heather and his sweet little friend Ella.

Later Alex was able to come meet Finn

He has also met Robyn (who photographed him in the womb and did an amazing job) and Shawn, a few times. Robyn's photos can be seen here. Unfortunately I'm not very consistent with the camera and I don't yet have a photo of them with Finn. He definitely loves to nestle down in Robyn's arms!
He got to meet Carrie and Casey within a few days of coming home.

Betsy and Steve came over to spend part of their Saturday afternoon with Finn. We ate some delicious burritos as well.

Pierre came over to greet his new little friend.

His grandparents have been up from Monterey county a few times despite his grandma's recent surgery!

He got to meet his grandad Bates for Thanksgiving and cheer for his Aunt Emily at her race!

He also cheered for his daddy and grandad Bates in their turkey trot. After the race Emily and grandad both fit in lots of snuggle time with Finn throughout the weekend.
On Thanksgiving he met his friends Mark and Wayne, and visited Ella and her parents at their house for dessert.

His blessing day, the Sunday after Thanksgiving, was a special one. He got to meet his McMillan cousins (all boys), and most of his McMillan aunts and uncles.

His cousin Todd was a pro at baby-holding! And 3 yr old Filipe (ever the sweet heart) was so concerned when Finn started crying for a feeding, "What happened to my cousin Finn?"

He also got to meet our friends Beau, Heather and Luke. Luke is a lively 3 year old who kept us thoroughly entertained! He and Ella had fun break dancing on the floor. Not many baby blessings are followed by a dance party!

Finn is a lucky boy to have such great friends and family already.
