SF Visit from the Bates Fam

It was so fun to share our city with Alex and Amy and our nephews and niece. We were so glad they came to spend part of their vacation with us. We were in charge of dog sitting for our friends that week so it worked out great to have 2 apartments to use!
They got to sample wares at the neighborhood Farmer's Market, and we went on a nice hike up the hill behind our house to see the pretty views. There was some blackberry picking on the way up the big staircase next to our house. Little Sean insisted on climbing all 136 stairs by himself!

Exploratorium Fun!
This place keeps kids entertained for hours. The kids loved running from station to station to see what surprises it held. We had fun too!





Another favorite SF spot of ours is the wave organ down by the Marina. Such great views and just a cool place in and of itself.
