World's Smallest Horse

The other day, Thumbelina, the world's smallest horse came to visit UCSF Children's Hospital. She has her own tiny trailer in which she travels all over the country to visit sick children. Some of my cutest little patients got to hug Thumbelina, and one girl cried because she thought it was a gift to her, and then she didn't get to keep the little horse. They made the local news on 3 stations. I was in the hall when they were getting sound bytes of her clip-clopping down the hall of the hospital.
