The Adventures of "Moh-meh" the penguin

Finn's nana bought him a stuffed penguin at the Monterey Bay Aquarium recently. Finn loves him. We had been creatively referring to his penguin as, "penguin" for a couple weeks. Out of nowhere Finn named the penguin, "Moh-meh." This is how he says "monster."

Finn likes to have Monster go to bed with him at night. Recently I started sneaking him out of bed at night and putting him around the house in various places for Finn to find in the morning. Finn looks forward to seeing what Monster has been up to while he is still sleeping. That Monster, he's an early riser. Each morning when he finds him, he greets him with a "Moh-meh!!" and goes running to join him in whatever he's up to.

Now Finn likes to have Monster join him at all meals, and makes sure he has his bib on. I'm excited that he has embarked on the "make believe" phase of play. Mama's going to have fun.
