Farmer's Market

The farmer's market at the ferry building in San Francisco is a blessed experience. We went down there on a beautiful, sunny Saturday a few weeks ago. We love walking around to sample all the goods. I think fresh produce is a beautiful thing.

We also tried some local yogurt called St. Benoit. They distribute it in ceramic containers and then you get a $1 refund for returning the container. It was quite euro style and delish-- you know, more fat, less sugar.

As we left the farmer's market there was a kid's drum band entertaining. They were so energetic, dancing around and smiling. I loved it.

On our way home we walked through our neighborhood and ran into our cute friend, Ella.

What a pleasant day!!

Oh how I am longing for a day like this here in cold and cloudy SLC!! Looks like SO much fun, and can I tell you a secret? I have a secret obsession with produce, and have often thought that working in the produce department would be fun, I love the farmer's market!

P.S. I haven't talked to you in so long! How are you doing?
