Morro Bay, CA 5th Anniversary 2008:
For our anniversary we went on a little getaway and stayed at the Inn at Morro Bay. We went on nice beach walks and surfed near Santa Barbara, had a lovely dinner overlooking the water in Morro Bay, rode beach cruisers, ate fish and chips at the harbor, and went kayaking.
The place we stayed had nice grounds and a beautiful view of the bay from the deck. It also happened to be the site of the Central Coast Republican Women's conference so there were a lot of pant suits, Cadillacs, and " I stand by George W" bumper stickers, etc.
The trip home was magnificent, driving up Highway 1 through Big Sur on a clear and sunny day.
I'm so glad I'm married to my best friend and favorite playmate.

I just wanted to say that I love checking your blog every now and then and seeing what adventures you and Jeremy are up to. You guys have a lot of fun. I remember being there at your wedding and the crazy blizzard outside! Congrats on 5 years! Time flies. Say hi to Jeremy for me! -Janel
